All products listed on our website are available for purchase within Sri Lanka, and we offer a variety of payment options including online card payments, bank transfers, cash on delivery, and instalment plans where applicable. Once an order is placed, it may be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting our customer service team. We strive to ensure accurate and timely deliveries; however, delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier schedules. If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are eligible for a return or replacement within 7 days of receipt. All items sold are backed by the original manufacturer’s warranty, typically for a period of one year. Customers are expected to use the products for personal or office use only, and may not reproduce, resell, or republish our content or items without prior permission. Exchange or Refund Policy
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition.
To preserve the right to return or exchange, the customer must ensure the product is kept in its original, unused state. If the printer or cartridge is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning through no fault of the customer, the customer is still entitled to return the product. If the product has been opened or tested (e.g., checking the printer’s functionality or cartridge), this does not automatically disqualify the customer from requesting a return or refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- Printer or cartridge in full, with no parts or accessories missing;
- Original purchase receipt from the printercartridges.lk store;
- warranty card;
- An official report from the service department describing any defects (if applicable);
Refunds will be processed within the time frame stipulated by current legislation.

We offer free delivery within Colombo (1 to 15) through our trusted delivery partners, PickMe & Uber Flash. For areas outside of Colombo, we use Prompt Xpress Courier Service to ensure fast delivery. Alternatively, customers can collect their orders directly from our Service Centre in Wellawatte within 3 days of confirmation.
Colombo area: Orders placed before 3 PM are delivered on the same day, while orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the following day. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 3 hours.
Out of Colombo: Orders placed before 12PM will be delivered within 24 hours, while orders placed after 12PM will be delivered the following day. Delivery typically takes between 24 to 48 hours.

To return a product, please call us to confirm your appointment, then bring the product to our Service Centre in Wellawatte. Return eligibility depends on the reason for the return, such as a manufacturing defect or change of mind.
We accept returns for two main reasons: manufacturing defects or change of mind. Please ensure the product is in its original condition, and don’t forget to bring the necessary documentation such as receipts or warranty cards for processing the return.
For deliveries outside Colombo, we charge a base price of LKR 500/= for packages weighing between 100g to 1kg. For every additional 1kg, an extra LKR 140/= is added to the cost. Here’s a breakdown of the pricing:
- 100g to 1kg – LKR 500/=
- 1kg to 2kg – LKR 640/=
- 2kg to 3kg – LKR 780/=
The shipping fee will be calculated based on the total weight of the order.
